The 1st week of PST went fine though we have a different trainer for this phase and like myself who has 10 or 15 minutes late for the 1st day, is still working out a way to manage traveling time to be always on schedule. Drilled holes and tightened screws for a new kind of door, hehehe an American door is pretty complicated than what we used to build in the province with my grandpa, wherein it is so funny how my imagination was so different from the result of what I and my teammates have done. Though there are some things like we are starting to discover some negative sides from each one, I can feel that we tried to fill each one’s weaknesses by not focusing on things that won’t help us to improve our performance as a team. Things like one of my teammate almost ruin my day by trying to emboss my mistake for a wrong part that I suggest that was accidentally mess up the assembly wherein I know where I went wrong because I insist a wrong part that I’m not sure of and I learned from it, but to point a fault that I already admit after a bad result, is not something good. Well it’s just a good thing that I can react as an adult and respond to some certain things like that, that there’s nothing serious about it,,,well thanks Ms. Lea for neutralizing the situation wherein she told that person that there’s no need to point a finger and it’s alright to have a mistake, and I’m so sorry that I process things without reading the manual first.
Some days are not that good enough but the most important part of those days is the part that I’ve learned something before the day ends, either technical or something that has to do with E.Q. side of me
